The Itinerary: This magnificent tour takes place inside museum of Florence, Accademia and the lovely Michelangelo`s masterpieces.

Have a close encounter with these timeless works of art and get the inside story of the life and times of this consummate artist. The Academy also houses an important collection of paintings from the 14th to the 16th century, plaster casts of famous statues dating back to the 19th century, and impressive holdings of Russian icons. Linger as long as you like; at the end of the tour, you are welcome to remain in the gallery on your own until closing time.

Masterpieces

In addition to the famous Michelangelo's masterpieces, the collection features also some Florentine paintings from the 13th century up to the 16th century, plasters by Lorenzo Bartolini and Luigi Pampaloni and a series of Russian icons. Moreover you can find a display of old musical instruments from the Medici and Lorraine families that was open in 2001.
